About this project

Unified MyTickets Portal (UMP) transformed fragmented spreadsheet, paper-based, and manually coordinated law firm operations into a single web-based operating platform. Built for MyTickets NYC, the system centralized case records, client profiles, court and attorney data, communications, documents, reporting, and permissions into one searchable application hosted on AWS. It also introduced CRM capabilities, template-driven communication workflows, audit visibility, and external integrations to support faster operations, better staff coordination, and more controlled legal case management.
