NPO Portal is a custom-built multi-tenant SaaS platform developed for non-profit organizations that need secure workspace isolation and a more structured way to manage fundraising and internal operations. The system enables each organization to operate within its own protected environment while managing donors, donations, pledges, projects, finances, reporting, reminders, user permissions, and communication workflows through a centralized platform.
By combining organization-specific access control with shared SaaS efficiency, the solution provided a practical foundation for nonprofit administration, donor operations, financial visibility, and reporting. Features such as automated receipts, visual reports, email templates, multi-user access, and import-export tools helped reduce manual work and improve operational consistency across participating organizations.
