About this project

HubSpot App for AWS Opportunity Synchronization was built to support a deeper CRM integration scenario than standard native workflows could handle. The solution included a custom HubSpot private app, secure authentication handling, custom object modeling, and AWS Lambda-based processing to keep opportunity data aligned across HubSpot and external AWS-driven workflows.

The integration supported two-way synchronization so that relevant updates could move in both directions instead of treating HubSpot as a one-way destination. This allowed the client to maintain structured business records inside HubSpot while still relying on serverless backend logic for processing, orchestration, and coordination with external systems. The end result was a more connected and reliable CRM workflow built around the client’s specific business process rather than forcing everything into default platform limitations.
